Roo has been going to The Dog Box for the past two years, and I genuinely wouldn’t trust anyone else with my little sausage dog. She is AMAZING with all dogs, especially Dachshunds. Their nails are super dark, so you can’t see where the nerves are (and yes, other places have traumatised us before 😭), but she clips Roo’s nails perfectly every time no drama, no yelps. She washes him nicely and Roo absolutely adores her. He literally thinks he’s going for a spa day. She treats you like family, not just a client, and you can tell she truly loves the dogs. Highly recommend if you want your dog to be pampered like royalty
