I am very glad the spar promotion with the stickers is almost over. We were exited to collect stickers but by Edgemead Spar it is always a problem. Since the beginning you have to ask for the stickers, still till today if you dont ask you dont recieve. Then they run promotions where you get extra stickers, the guy cashier told us no its not like that and the specific item we bought was never in the specials paper. I had to go look for a picture to show him then he just said oh i was wondering if you were going to come back, i did speak with the manager. ALL of the cashiers knows nothing about the extra stickers because every time when buying a participating item we have to ASK and then they frown and says its not extra, or oh is it. Both me and my mom goes to the shop a lot, together or alone it is always a problem. How is it the customers job to enquire about items or stickers when it is their job to know about the promotion. I did not want to complain or leave a review but it is really starting to get irritating asking the whole time aswell as the attitude you get while enquiring. Today the stickers was finished , slip got signed after we once again had to ask. And once again participating products were not counted with and the manager also asked oh is it part of the promotion. Come on edgemead spar we always support and tell people about how nice the spar is but educate the people working there about your specials which YOU are promoting ect . Not a very happy customer.
